225 ml. de leche templada
150 gr. de harina
1 sobre de gasificante el sobre blanco y el lila
pizca de sal
1 huevo
y aceite de girasol para freír
PREPARACIÓN

En un bol echamos la leche templada la harina el huevo y mezclamos un poco , echamos el gasificante la pizca de sal y cogemos la batidora y batimos todo muy bien , dejar reposar media hora , en una sartén honda echamos el aceite y metemos dentro el molde de los buñuelos y cuando este el aceite caliente vamos llenando el molde y los vamos friendo se despegan del molde solo , los dejamos enfriar y se le pone azúcar o chocolate encima , unos deliciosos buñuelos y muy tiernos
