50 gr . de agua
50 gr. de mantequilla
PARA LA CREMA DE UNTAR LAS GALLETAS

Se pueden untar con nocilla o nutella pero a mi me gusta mas esta crema que yo prepare, necesitamos
yemas de huevos
leche condesada
cacao en polvo
mantequilla
Todo esto se mezcla muy bien , a la vez que se vaya terminando hacemos mas , y de esta manera queda una crema rica rica , mojamos las galletas en leche aromatizada con vainilla líquida y ralladura de limón .
Vamos poniendo las galletas con la parte untada hacia arriba en una bandeja y después otra tanda de galletas y encima la crema de chocolate blanco , así hasta acabar con las cremas
Para hacer la crema de chocolate blanco ponemos en el vaso de la thermomix el chocolate en trozos la leche , la nata , el queso , y la cuajada , programar 8 min. vl 4 temp 90º dejar templar , luego ponerla encima de las galletas .
Hacer la cobertura , trocear el chocolate fondant 20 sg. vl 5-7 añadir el agua 4 min. 37º vl 2
añadir la mantequilla 4 min. vl 2 , 37º dejar templar y ponerla encima de la tarta , decorar con coco o al gusto, esta super deliciosa la hice estos días para el cumple de mi hija.
