INGREDIENTES

Medio kl. de azúcar
medio kl. de harina
7 huevos
250 gr. de mantequilla
125 ml de leche
ralladura de 1 limón
una cucharilla de levadura
ELABORACIÓN

Ponemos en un cazo la leche y la mantequilla y la calentamos
en un bol ponemos los huevos junto con el azúcar y lo batimos muy bien añadimos la leche caliente y seguimos batiendo con las barillas electricas ,ponemos la ralladura del limón, vamos echando la harina poco a poco y la levadura y con movimientos envolventes a mano cuando este bien integrada toda la harina forramos una bandeja con papel de horno o engrasando la bandeja y espolvorear , el horno lo habremos tenido ya caliente , yo lo puse a 200º y luego lo vaje a 180º , pinchar con un palillo y si sale limpio esta ya cocida , espolvorear con azúcar , queda un bizcocho muy sabroso
